Jeep JK Delrin Door Hinge Liner INSTALLATION TOOL

Save hours on the installation of our Delrin Door Hinge Liners with this handy installation tool! CNC machined in-house from high grade cold rolled steel, simply use it to drive out the factory liners!

Installation tool is designed to remove the factory door liners. Simply fold up the edges of the factory liner, spray penetrating oil between the liner and hinge, allow to sit, then drive the installation tool up through the hinge. Take your time and ensure you do not hammer hard enough to move your door hinges! After the factory liners have been completely removed the TMR Customs replacement liners can be pushed in place by hand, do not hammer or you will break the top flange!
